How Trick of the week and Weekly ranking works

To participate in the Trick of the week contest you must upload a video and select trick, nothing else.

What if I upload more than one per week?

Up to three tricks per week can be awarded, more will be considered spam and only the highest scoring trick will be visible on the home page and count towards the final choice of the totw.

How is the winner chosen?

Automatically every Monday at 00:01 hours, Spanish time, the server chooses the trick of the previous week using an algorithm to calculate the score based on social interaction, the time position can be seen in the Weekly ranking section.

How can I be rewarded?

You must have a Hive account connected to your skatehype.com profile. Every day several tricks can be rewarded and will be chosen by the order shown in the Weekly ranking section.

• You must be of legal age.
• Daily rewards per trick. Best comments are also rewarded!
• We are working on more rewards, thank you for your support.

Rules

• No rules about the trick. Your choice.
• Winner will go to Winners main page section forever.
• Each participant must vote (like) more than one trick.

Recommendations

• The video of the trick should be new and exclusive.
• Trick should be well recorded and the original file, full resolution and maximum framerate, no cuts, no black bars, no logos, no ads. Minimize editing.
