Locals Only feature / Must be registered to watch videos

By default you must be a registered member to watch videos, now, content creators can decide if videos is locals only or public. Button appears below the video when you are the owner.

All photos and news are always public.
All videos are locals only by default.
All videos embedded in other blogs/pages are always public.

The main difference is that a logged user can interact with your video (like, comment,...), an unlogged user can't.
