Summary of the facts: Yesterday, Friday, from a certain time in the morning there were connection outages, some for several hours, until early today when all services have been restored.

The failure was due to the unintentional activation, from a package update, of the hibernation system. Maintenance and upgrades have been carried out to take advantage of the failure.

All this is not done alone, it is the people behind the scenes who dedicate their time and money to make it all work. Personally, it has cost me only three hours of sleep today, which together with the growing need for moderation in the application makes me think that it is necessary to grow in team and investment if this project, which has been going on for decades, wants to have a future.

That's why I appeal to the skater community, especially to those who want to be part of the team of this project and have advanced knowledge of programming, systems management, social network management or want to invest, please get in touch (help -> contact).

If the application grows in users and cost of service must grow in team, otherwise I will be inevitably forced to close the application.

As possible medium-term measures we are considering the inclusion of premium accounts that will include slow motion downloads and logo-free videos that could be purchased with a subscription on Hive or through a Patreon.

Last but not least, your effort to share this application with your colleagues may be determinant in the survival of the application, in a way, you will decide if this application is worthwhile for the community or not.
